Function useZoomEvents

Subscribes to Zoom Meeting SDK events for the lifetime of the calling component.

Pass a map of event names to handlers; only the events you specify are delivered. Handlers are read by ref so updating them across renders does not re-subscribe, and listeners are removed automatically on unmount.
