getAuthorizedBotListByUserId(userId: number): null | (null | Participant)[]
Gets the authorized bot list by user id.
Parameters
- userId: number
  The user ID
Returns null | (null | Participant)[]
An array of Participant objects (may include null for bots that left), or null if not in meeting or no bots found
